I’d highly recommend this place after my visit. They did such a nice job with the decor and the atmosphere. Plenty of seating. Tiramisu latte was really good along with the parm grinder I had. Tons of pastries to choose from. What really stood out to me was how efficient and friendly the girls working were. I feel like it’s hard to come by friendly customer service nowadays, and these girls greeted everyone with a smile and a thank you. That really stuck with me. I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely new place that has such a nice vibe. I only get the tiramisu latte, but the pizza looked phenomenal and I will be trying that next time I stop in! Lots of seating around the corner!

Hands down the best Sicilian style pizza around. The pizza is the saucy, delicious, flavorful, light and crispy! My wife is from Long Island so finding a pizza that matches up was a tough feat and Ciao’s pizza is home run! My 10 month old daughter even loved it and kept wanting more.

The GIANT cookies are delicious and impress my boys every time they see them.

The staff is always friendly and inviting and always have a smile. Bravo Ciao you guys have done a wonderful job!

Everything about this place is top tier. The food is incredible it reminded me of a deli or cafe on Arthur Ave in the Bronx. The pizza dough and their grinder rolls are amazing. Also the place is decorated so beautifully. It’s a comfortable and welcoming vibe.

Ciao Café in Rocky Hill is amazing. The breakfast sandwich was fresh and delicious, and the caramel latte was smooth and perfectly made. The atmosphere was great, the staff was kind and helpful, and the service was phenomenal. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

Wonderful new place, I’ve been three times so far! My kids loved the hot slices of pizza, my friends and I enjoyed giant hot sandwiches, and currently sipping on a delicious latte paired with a deliciously fresh bagel and cream cheese.
